MMA Mixed Martial Arts, more commonly known as MMA, is a full-contact combat sport that incorporates striking, take-downs and grappling.
There are a variety different martial arts styles that are utilized such as Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Muay Thai. Our students will focus on all aspects of fighting with emphasis on control and position.
